"Lauren was absolutely fantastic. Took the time to give advice on what would suit me best when I asked for her opinion. Also gave some great advice when I asked about my irritated scalp. Very relaxing hair wash. Fantastic hair cut, blow dry and finished with the straighteners. Very friendly and polite. Lovely tea and biscuits in a beautiful teapot. Would highly recommend."
